Maybe the organisations is the sect of assasins of the heartlesschild, and the virtuous sage of earth is the child, while the vurtuous sage of heaven is his brother or something like that (i remember that heartless child isn’t the only powerful dude from his sect, and his as a brother or smth like that even more powerful than him)
