If you don’t remember, Juechenzi is the first disciple of the slovenly daoist priest Zhou Tong (the lightning dude).
Juezhenzi was formerly the primary disciple of the school of Daoism, before breaking through to Foundation Establishment and becoming the school leader.
Most of the times in the story, he’s appeared beside Zhou Tong trying to calm him down.
